Job Description: This job is for an SLP in a 126 bed SNF facility known as Northwest Manor in Indianapolis, IN. It is located on the west side of Indy near the speedway (if that helps!) The Speech Language Pathologist is directly responsible for delivering effective, safe and state of the art therapy treatments to those individuals or groups of individuals requiring rehabilitation services. Responsibilities would also include accurate and timely completion of appropriate clinical and billing documentation as well as effective communication with all members of the interdisciplinary team. In addition, the staff therapist may be responsible for the clinical supervision of assistants, aides and/or students in a given setting. Rehabilitation Therapy Speech Therapist
