Reminder - our Trauma Emergency is Level I - we see EVERYTHING and equal population of adults and children. Candidates need to be very strong in ER (not just critical care background). They need to have ACLS and have worked in a large facility. We have approx 30 - 40 beds and see 70,000 patients a year in our ER.
